Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables - Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Prepare bills and process payments accurately using the POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate order preparation - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift trays of food or drinks Please note that this position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
