- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children - Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and explore - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Ensure the daycare center is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations - Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and cohesive team environment - Previous experience in childhood development, toddler care, or early childhood education is preferred - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices - Excellent classroom management skills - First aid certification is a plus - Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Familiarity with preschool curriculum is desirable - Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual - A genuine passion for working with children Job Types:
