Dealer looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting Admin - knowledge of the automotive industry and procedures a must.
We are looking for a hardworking individual who can follow directions and is very detail-oriented.
As an Accounting Admin, you must have a strong, positive work ethic, and an interest in a long-term position.
You must also have a professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
Experience must include at least 2 year in Automotive Accounting to be considered for the position.
Job duties may involve:
Stocking in of new vehicles from manufacturerStocking in of preowned vehicles from auction, curb purchases, etcDaily Bank DepositsA/P & A/PBilling and posting of wholesalesDMV Title work, registering vehiclesBreaking down dealsAll Office Personnel are to be cross-trainedMaintaining a professional appearance and a neat work area.
