What you need to be qualified for this job Employees are required to have the following:
Excellent Communication Problem-Solving and flexibility A commitment to the health and well-being of others Ability to work as a team Desire to improve the quality of life for a person with disabilities Experience working with disabled individuals preferred A high school education (or GED) Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration Must be at least 18 years or older Personal cell phone with US number Live-In Residential Manager Brain Injury Waiver Program:
Must be able to obtain their ILST certification, have reliable transportation and must be comfortable with hands on/ personal care.
They will support physical and emotional well-being of their assigned brain injury waiver client(s), as well as provide transportation to and from vocational settings and all medical appointments.
They assist with meal preparation, financial management of the home and general upkeep of residence.
Candidates will need to provide a safe home environment, medication reminders and report any changes in condition.
Residential Managers must keep a clean and safe home environment at all times.
They have 24/7 accountability with daily hours off shift.
Private room and weekly food stipend provided along with attractive compensation package to include medical benefits and paid time off.
