We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision - Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on technology and electronics sales - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Experience:
