This position will oversee four locations both domestic and import brands.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives Manage day-to-day operations for our service departments.
Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to achieve operational excellence Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role as a Fixed Operations Director of Multiple Locations Strong strategic planning and execution skills Excellent managerial and leadership abilities Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
