GeoPolymer Superintendent

The GeoPolymer Superintendent is the main operations contact in the field whose primary focus is construction execution. This position will manage, schedule and direct the work activities of crews, equipment and subcontractors concerned with Pipe Services construction projects to ensure the safe, profitable and timely completion of the project. It is essential to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and as a part of a team.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Assist foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time. Work with Project Manager to update schedule as needed.
Review and report on multiple production schedules and work in progress promptly and accurately. Work with the Senior Manager and Project Managers to take corrective action in order to maintain profitability.
Review and approve pay sheets, vendor invoices and daily field reports.
Responsible for reviewing equipment use reports and coordinating the regular maintenance of, and the appearance of, all equipment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, as well as customer requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors and other key project personnel.
Establish and implement training programs in order to train, mentor and develop field personnel.
Attend construction related meetings to support project related functions (Safety, planning, weekly meetings, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include 5 to 7 years of General Civil, Concrete, Pipe Remediation, or related construction experience. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, manage tight deadlines, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management. Must possess a valid driver license for the type of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
