Project Coordinator

job summary:

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team! The Project Coordinator will be handling product setups and uploads for their eCommerce and Retail Partners. This position involves managing projects in a fast paced environment from request to completion; including coordination with the outside sales team as well as the eComm and Retail customers.


Responsibilities:



  • Managing project priorities in conjunction with etail / retail customers.
  • Completing project work as well as coordinating project work done by colleagues.
  • Implementation of Shotfarm.com APP which provides a streamlined means of managing product data as well as providing it to etail / retail customer base in their desired format. Training will be provided.
  • Review and management of online product presence and pricing; updates


    as required.

  • Ongoing development of expertise using many different customer portals on an ongoing basis.
  • Providing expert knowledge for others in the company regarding customer-specific.

?Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • High comfort level with a constantly evolving retail environment and the associated technical support.
  • Must have experience in Advanced MS Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
